Teacher job summary


Kingston St Mary is a small, popular rural primary school with a family feel. We are situated in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Quantock Hills just to the north of Taunton. We currently have the opportunity two recruit two enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to join our friendly and supportive team.

The headteacher and governors are looking to appoint two teachers: full time teacher Year 3/4  class and, due to restructuring, we are also looking to appoint a teacher for two days to teach one day in a Year 1/2 class and one day in a Year 5/6 class.


Post 1:

Year 3/4 Class
Full-time Permanent Contract
Main Pay Scale
This post would suit an Early Career Teacher.


Post 2:

One day Year 1/2 Class and one day Year 5/6 Class
0.4 FTE (2 days)
1 Year Fixed term with potential to extend.
