Our Topic this term is:

Climate Zone Exploration

We designed our front covers after having a brief introduction to the different Climate Zones around the World.

We researched and investigated a variety of different climate zones and indicated these on a map of the world.

We discovered the ranges of temperatures of each zone, the types of creatures that live there and where each zone is in the world.

We have also been looking at the vocabulary and terminology associated with climate zones and assembled them into a glossary.

After researching each climate zone in detail, we worked together in groups to produce imaginative ideas, interesting phrases and exciting sentences, in readiness to write our own climate zone poem.
